License Limit

    Hi!

    Since a few hours (don't know when it exactly started) I get the following error:
    License Limit: Call Queues are not covered under current license

    - When I call the number I get the Digital Receptionist, then a message that the extension is busy and again the Digital Receptionist (fallback).
    - Our setup is that the incoming call gets routed to a Digital Receptionist and from there to a Ring Group.
    - We do not have any Call Queues.
    - Config was not changed for weeks.

    What can I do? Already tried to restart the system without any luck.

    Mikeseeh,

    Sounds like your 3CX system is no longer activated and now running off the free version. Check you licensees status under settings.

    The page shows my license details but I entered and saved my license again anyways ... this helped!
