License lost when reinstalled server v11

    I've had to reinstall 3CX PhoneSystem v11 on a new host (Win7), and I restored the last backup. But when I try to make incoming calls then I get a message that Call Queues are not available with free version. And in the server log I see

    And if I try to reactivate my license then I get a message that the license number doesn't seem to be a 3CX license.

    What is also odd is that under Product details on Win7 Product="3CXPS" even if my license says that I have "3CXPSMINIUI" on XP

    This configuration used to work fine with my old XP system (which just crashed). Does anyone have any idea what can be wrong ?

    Attached screendumps showing difference when running on XP and Win7, where XP runs fine but the same configuration on Win7 doesn't work.

    Call support. I upgraded a client from 9 to 11, the license "looked" like it was fine, but after applying it again it would not take the license, like you describe.

    Something was flagged on the license for v12.. which 3CX Support "undid" on their end and had me try, worked fine.

    The odd thing here is that I didn't upgrade. I just re-installed v11 and used a backup from a previous v11 installation. But I'll contact support and ask them to give me a new license.

    I certainly didn't upgrade to 12.. but regardless, I had a problem.
    It probably existed before my upgrade attempt.. just waiting for me to try applying the license again.
