License not allowed to activate after reinstall

    Hi there,

    I had bought 3CX PhoneSystem (v7.1) mini edition last year. Owing to some reason, I have to format my workstation and reinstall the product. I have the error below when I re-activate at "Active License" menu:

    license.unexperrLicense Key Activation Failed: 62 System: 0

    Any ideas? Your help are much appreciated.
