Solved License Not Coming

    Hi guys I would just like to find out how long it takes for new licenses to be assigned. I have requested my license seven hours ago and have made multiple requests to make sure it goes through, but have not yet received anything. Am I doing something wrong?

    Did you complete this form?

    You should have received a verification email instantly.

    Also, after submitting the form were you redirected to a page which contains the download links?

    Yea I have completed that one as well, but I did the same looking one on elastix a few times. using two different email addresses. A few from auroranet.co.za and one from gmail.

    Howzit guys I still haven't received any license. Is there something I can do to remedy the situation?

    Please do the following:

    1. Clear your browser's cache <- do not skip this step
    2. Complete this form again
    3. Post a screenshot of the page you are being redirected to after submitting the form

    I used a different browser and cleared it's cache before I did it just for extra measure. The first browser was chrome the nxt firefox so they dont share any thing like chrome and IE

    Sorry I just came back to see if there were any response and saw that my files were missing so I just reposted them.

    I removed the attachments because they contained your personal information. I have gotten the information needed and will get back to you as soon as there's something.

    Oh thank you I was concerned about that information. Thanks man I would really like to get this thing up and running. I have always loved the two platforms and excited to see them working together.

    Just to tag on. The form never submits for me. Tried different ISPs, browsers, etc. I click on Submit and it just doesn't.

    Sorry for the delay. We are working on a minor fix for your problem. You will receive it soon.

    Did you complete all the fields? What browser are you using? Did you select a valid zip code?

    I have tried Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox. From 3 separate ISPs. To my the Zipcode is valid. It is my zipcode.I have attempted all of this on 4 computers. There is never an error message.



    And of course I went to try it once more to get you a screenshot, and it works.

    Thank you good to hear. I also struggled to submit my form on Elastix website because it is red I couldn't see that I had to select a zip code which is apparent on the 3cx site. But you say you did select a zip code so yea then I'm not sure what is going on.

    After a year, if you want to continue receiving updates and using 3CX services you will need to purchase maintenance.
