Solved License not upgraded

Hi,

We upgraded our license and paid via wire transfer. That was about a week ago, and our license is still not updated. We upgraded from standard to professional. Please help?
 
Was this via 3CX directly or a reseller? Also, you'll need to be on v15.5 Update 6 to communicate with the licensing/activation server for your instance to see that.

Do you see the licence upgraded in your costumer portal or is the issue only withing the PBX? You could contact our costumer support for further assistance regarding this or your reseller if the key is bought through them https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/
