The current solution of getting an email when your license limit is reached is too late in every customer opinion. Customers need appropriately sized solutions that can be monitored and scaled. Example: A call center doesn't want to find out that they reached their SC limit during any point of the day, they want metrics to know what to expect and how to plan. There are 3rd party tools out there like VoIPTools 3CX Call Counter, but license reporting should come with 3CX out of the box.
