license.unexperr Licente Key Activation Failed Licence: 61 S

    Hello,

    I moved my 3CX physical machine to a virtual machine, after 6 months has stopped working my license.

    I try reactivate license but i receive the error:

    *****
    license.unexperr
    Licente Key Activation Failed
    Licence: 61 System: 0
    *****

    My System:
    3CX Phone System v8.0.10824.716 SP.1
    Windows 2003 STD 32Bit SP2

    How i can resolve this ?

    i see multiple options to support, all is paid, but this is a licence problem

    what is the address to open support ticket ?
