License Upgrade

    Hello,

    We have a professional NFR license and need to upgrade to more than 4 sim calls.

    We have tried to upgrade but get a message "your license key is already covered by maintenance, this automatically upgrades your license key to the latest versions"

    We are not trying to update the software or maintenance package just increase the number of sim calls.

    Please note that NFR keys cannot be upgraded as they depend on the partner status.

    increase you partner status within 3CX, your sales rep from 3CX can assist you. Login to https://customer.3cx.com there you find the number of your sales team for your region and give them a call.
