Solved License_Error after VM Crash

    Things seem to be working properly, but getting this License_error message now. Had a Hyper-V host crash and dirty shut down of our 3CX VM. IP is the same, but looks like MAC is assigned dynamically. Is there any way to view the MAC i am registered to so I can set it to a static MAC on my VM, or can I re-register and wipe out the old MAC registration? I have contacted reseller but no response yet.

    Hi aberry,

    Regarding your request please contact your regional sales department since it is the department that deals with licensing matters.
    https://www.3cx.com/company/contact/. It is best to have a static MAC on the VM machine in order to avoid future issues.

    Thanks for the information, got a reply from reseller support. Will also static the MAC.
