    Hello,

    I just installed and activated 3CX with the debian-8.6.0-amd64-netinst-3cx iso.
    Unfortunately i made a mistake and deleted the whole VM (within VMware ESXi 6) and installed 3CX from scratch with the ISO.

    Now I have this problem when I want to activate 3CX (with free license):

    license_error.MacLimitReached The maximum number of MAC address activations has already been reached. Please activate your product from the original computer on which it was installed.
    .

    I deleted the "original computer", what now??

    I'd suggest contacting support so that they can reset it.

    Just contact Sales..

    Theres nothing you can do by yourself.

    (Except changing the MAC adress of the new VM, to the old MAC Adress)

    You'll have to contact your sales rep to have them reset the MAC limit on your license.
