limit call duration

    Dear All,
    Is there some way to limit the call duration for a specific extension or queue on 3cx system Ver 12?

    i flowup the steps MAXCALLDURATION=5 and SIPPINGPERIOD=1 and i restart 3cx system service
    but no effect for outbound or inbound calls !

    @Crocodile_112233,

    Please note that the minimum value for the max. call duration is 300 seconds (6 minutes). The SIP ping period should be set to default.
