Limit outbound calls without account code

    Ability to limit outbound calls to only be allowed with an account code dialled first.

    This would give the system a true accounting system that would allow users to make calls from any
    extension utilizing an account code allocated to them. The current way of pin barring is no good.
    The reporting can also be setup to allow automatic generation of account code usage to be mailed automatically
    to the key departments/users.

    Emergency numbers can still bypass this restriction as they currently bypass outbound rules.
