Line In for MOH

    We've been using the Line In for MOH for a while now. We have a USB Audio Codec hooked up to an HP Proliant Server, running 3CX v11 on Windows 2008 Enterprise R2. The Line In has worked perfectly for months now, no changes whatsoever. Recently, the MOH stopped playing period. The Codec is tested and working fine. When we remove the Line In from the 3CX Web Management menu and re-add it, the MOH starts to work again. A couple weeks later, same thing. It's a weird cycle for a couple months now that's been driving me crazy... any ideas? Thanks!
