Line siezure

    Hi All

    I have a customer who has made a request to be able to answer incoming calls with the use of a button on their phone, currently they have a grandstream 4 port fxo module with 4 BT lines connected (until lines are ported SIP), all working fine, the customer used to have a Panasonic PABX with system phones, where their phones rang and they had to lift the handset and press the line key or a pick up key to actually initiate the call. Is this somehow possible as its becoming a deal breaker?

    Any help would be gratefully received

    Have all calls delivered to a 'central-bell' device (can be virtual) and have the operators to pick up inbound calls from that extension. Default by pressing *20*extno . This setting can be altered.
