Line Status

    I notice that time to time, the line status shows a call is still active and not connected to any extensions. The only way to clear this is to re-boot the machine.

    We have a small business license so I'm able to terminate calls but this does not disconnect the status either.

    Not really a problem but it looks like it ties up one of my 8 simultanious calls.

    Hello
    90 % you have a network issue
    because this means your server does not recieve buy
    is it always with external or internal calls?

    Only happens on external calls inbound

    What is your voip phone
    is it local lan or remote phone?

    Local LAN, we are using SNOM300 handsets

    You should be able to disconnect the calls using the management tool, which should prevent a reboot being needed.
    Can you make sure your software is up-to-date.
