lines not registering after restore to new server

We recently backed up our configs, created a new server and restored these configs. The old server was decommissioned and 3cx removed. All phones were re-configured with new IP of the 3cx server as well as our Smart node(SN4638) being reloaded with the configuration. After restarting the server, all lines registered and calls were able to be made and received without a problem. Shortly afterwards, all lines had there status put back to Not Registered and we've not been able to get things going again.

Does anyone have any clue what might be going wrong or if there is additional configuration required. We could uninstall and restart the configurations from scratch but that would really not be the best solution in this case.

Any suggestions/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
