Link between data available in VAD and database

    We are capturing the session.ani, session.dnis and (the other one) into a database as we pass calls through the VAD.

    Is there any way to clearly and exactly match calls stored in the underlying database of the phone system to the data we are storing? This is for tracking a marketing campaign.

    The CallHistory3 table in the 3CX Phone System database contains the information about the calls. You can match the call in that table with the VAD call, using the date and time, ani and dnis. But I think that the information is stored into the CallHistory3 table after the call has ended, so if you want to do it from the VAD, you need to do it in the Disconnect Handler flow, after the call has ended, and maybe waiting a few seconds.
