LinkSys SPA-3102 with 3CX 3.1

    I have difficulty to configure Linksys SPA3102, 1x FXO and 1x FXS.
    The problem was FXO port on the SPA3102 cannot receive call and also from the softphone (X-Lite) and also from the FXS Port in the SPA3102 cannot dial out. In the 3CX server status informs as Call (3) 404 Not Found and then follow by Call (3) Rejected. What is 404 Not Found Mean? In the PC that 3CX Installed the firewall was inactive. All the SPA3102 configuration was use the guidance from 3CX Website.
    If I try to use FXO port as extension, I can dial out use the extension. But I want to use the SPA3102 as PSTN Line. Please help ... :-(

    Are the calls between extensions ok? Is the configured SPA PSTN line registered at the 3CX line status?

    I think your applied dial plan in spa is not correct.

    Please go over the configuration guide which is available on our website.

    Check things like dialplan if its configured correctly. Check if lines are registered inside line status. do you not receive calls either? you can't make calls or both?

    Internal call beetween SPA3102 FXS port to X-Lite Softphone is OK no Problem.
    But when I'm trying to call out from X-Lite or from the FXS Port the call was rejected.
    I'm not set any dial plan in the SPA3102, just dialplan 8 as describe in the guidance from 3CX. All lines registered on the 3CX server. I cannot receve call from PSTN. The SP3102 didn't receive call.

    Check that the port inside 3cx configured for that pstn line, and the port configured inside the pstn line page in the webconfig of the SPA 3102 are the same.

    And double check your otubound rules that you have a transform mask (r)
