Linksys SPA 3120 in/out calls

    I can't get my linksys to make or receive calls...

    i have a SPA-3120

    the line is registering and is directed correctly. The office hours are also setup correctly.

    I am not actually thinking about out bound calling just yet.

    In bound is the first goal.

    I honestly dont know what to do?

    just to let you know...the status of the pstn line is green however in the server status it keeps printing Authorisation Faliure - credentials are not right...etc

    i have checked and re-setup these numbers and they are correct...also i havn't setup line 1 at all...

    Not sure what setting i may have setup to prevent this from working...

    any help

    Hi there,

    Do you see "Not Found" or any similar error in the server status?

    PSTN line

    Subscriber information:
    User ID and Auth ID must be the same as on 3CX (only one number eg 10001)
