Linksys SPA-942 Overlapping voices

    Thanks for taking your time to read this post.

    A client of mine is using a Linksys SPA-942 VoIP Phone and is experiencing overlapping voices.

    I checked the 3CX logs and when the user makes his call there is no error shown.

    I replaced the phone with another SPA-942 and he still has the same issues

    I checked his extension setup and its set the same way everyone else is which they report no problems.

    Any ideas?

    Do you mean that they are hearing other peoples conversations, or, issues with their own conversation (stutter, breakup) ? Every call, inside, outside, voicemail call? Have you moved the set to another port on the network, where someone else's set works just fine? Bad switch port?
