Listen an extention

    we plan to use 3cx in a callcenter in other PABX we have the ability to listen a dialog between an employe and a custumer is it possible with 3cx with special kind of configuration ? or feature in future ?

    To the best of my knowledge there is no present ability to listen in on an existing call via 3CX. I can understand the need in a call center environment though I find the potential lack of privacy a bit disconcerting myself. If the need is immediate there are several hardware solutions possible via the actual telephone set you choose to use, though this would not be practical if the need is for remote monitoring. I would suggest you add this request to the "Feature Requests" area http://www.3cx.com/forums/categories-1/feature-requests-5/ To keep prudes like myself happy on the call privacy side maybe this feature could be restricted to Enterprise versions if implemented.
