listen barge mode configurations

    recently purchased the upgrade of Call Center for our phones.
    Seems it's either off or on per user.

    The problem is that if I give our Sales manager rights to listen in on calls, he can also listen in to our Legal teams calls or the CEO calls. Not that he will, just a security headache waiting to happen.

    Is there a way to configure each extensions call center rights?
    Meaning my sales manager can listen into anyone on his team but that's it?
    The CEO can listen to anything.

    The interface for 3CX is confusing at best. Spend lots of time hunting around for proper configurations.

    Isn't this what the groups are for...
    Assign them to a group and then assign an admin for that group and setup his rights.

    Though my answer has nothing to do with 3cx phone - which is what this forum is..

    So maybe I do not understand the question.
