Solved 'Listen' not working

    Edit: Never mind, go ahead and delete this thread. The extension was on DND!

    We're trying to set up a way for trainees to listen in to customer calls. I found the 'listen' option in the Switchboard, but when I click on it, or barge in, it doesn't do anything. The extension I was testing with has the correct manager permissions.
