Solved Listen to own recording (3CX Softphone)

    I enabled Extension recordings.
    From the admin console / dashboard i can download recording.
    But can a user also listen to the recording? I only have the option 'delete recording' , I can not find 'listen to recording' (from the softphone)

    Hello @MSmeets

    Please navigate to extension settings / Phone Provisioning and choose the 3CX client from the drop down menu. Scroll down to "Access" and make sure that the option "Show Call Recordings" option is enabled. Then navigate to the 3CX client, click on settings and the Recordings. You should be able to see the recording there and the option to play it on the phone.

    Thank you very much, it is working!

    Why I have to set right in tab 'provisioning' instead of tab RIGHTS ??? strange but true

    And I hoped I could listen to the recordings from the HISTORY button...instead going to SETTINGS, RECORDINGS.....also very very strange


    I have to create a manual to send to my clients, because this is not easy to understand
