Listening in from across the Atlantic on calls

    I have a 5 user call centre set up in London.

    I now have a requirement for a senior manager of the parent company in Canada to listen to calls in real time.

    I dont mind a bit of lag from the distance (as the manager will only be listening)

    Any ideas how easy this is to set up.....

    The PCs are all Windows 7 Pro on a 2008 Server setup with Plantronics headsets

    If you have the call center edition license its just a mouse click away on MyPhone.
