Listening in on calls

    Hello there,

    We're looking to use your software in a call center environment. The only feature I can't seem to find, is the ability to listen in on calls. This is useful from a management/training standpoint. Do you have any thoughts around this, or perhaps call recording? Any way to do it that you can think of?

    Hi,

    Currently there is no function which allows you to accomplish this. Though the feature will be taken in consideration.
