I have just finished installing 3cx and it working really well. however i need to localize my cisco sp922 phones for portuguese PT. I have read the administration manual but I am still unable to make the phones to change to the required language.
I noticed that in the regional settings dictionary server script reads the following:
serv=http://192.168.36.110:5000/provisioning/firmware/;d0=English-US;x0=spa50x_30x_en_v753.xml;d1=Deutsch;x1=spa50x_30x_de_v753.xml;d2=Espanol;x2=spa50x_30x_es_v753.xml;d3=Francais;x3=spa50x_30x_fr_v753.xml;d4=Italiano;x4=spa50x_30x_it_v753.xml;d5=Nederlands;x5=spa50x_30x_nl_v753.xml;d6=Danish;x6=spa50x_30x_dk_v753.xml;d7=Norwegian;x7=spa50x_30x_no_v753.xml;d8=Portuguese;x8=spa50x_30x_pt_v753.xml;d9=Swedish;x9=spa50x_30x_se_v753.xml
I then changed the language selection to Portuguese-PT , however after the phone reboots it defaults to english-us again
Can anyone give me a pointer to what I am missing?
