Lock 3CX soft-phone in Auto-Answer mode.

    I would like to configure the 3cx soft-phone so that it always operates in Auto-Answer mode and my users be unable to switch to DND or any other mode. Is there a way to do this (in the form of some registry value or an entry in some configuration file)?

    Are you trying to use these for a Call Center type environment? I like the idea... Maybe being able to lock it down via an Admin Password or something...

    I no of no way to do that using 3cx softphone.
