Log incoming call statistics

    Hello,

    A client has a few lines that are used on marketing campaigns - They currently go through to a queue alongside the regular numbers.

    The reporting only shows the end queue and nothing else.

    As a work around, I have just set up CDRs and am manually formatting the file in order to extract the data I want, but, this is a PITA.

    Does anyone know of a better way of tracking calls/running reports on calls coming in?

    Is there any plans to have better call centre reporting in the future?

    The main application has improved so much in recent releases, but, the reporting seems to have stood still for some time now :(
