Log out of queues when computer is locked

is there any way using cfd to log out of queues when the computer is locked?

Hi @viraltechnology,

You can't do that with the CFD. A CFD callflow is triggered with an inbound call, so it will not help you in this case.

You can use the 3CX Call Control API to do it (you need programming knowledge). Please note that this API runs on the 3CX server, so you need a process in the server, and another in the client (agent) machine. When you detect that the screen is locked in the app running in the client machine, you send the log-out request to your app in the server, which will use the Call Control API to log you out.
