We are trying to resolve various issues with our 3CX installations and are using the Log Viewer to view the log file but I can't seem to combine search terms.
If I search on a specific DN AND a Cause/Reason the search box goes red?

Hello Wendelspanswick,

The formula text goes red when the search terms you inputted are not valid or when there is a syntax error.
For what you are trying, the syntax should be something like this:
(Cause.Reason(BYE) And DN(101)

Take a look at the link below, it contains a lot of information about the log viewer

Thanks for getting back, that is what I am doing but the search box still stays pink!

Try this command to see if it works for what you are trying to search

(DN(6319) And SipMsg.ReqResp(486))

Should give you the same results.

Tried that and many variations on that theme.
I have given up on Log Viewer now and I am exporting them to a text search program that gives more consistent results.
Its a shame but I have spent ages trying to get the Log Viewer to work.
Thanks for the help anyway.
