Login and out of queue issue

    Hi Guys

    I seem to have come across an issue. We are using 3CX in quite a large complex call centre and in most cases an agent is a member of around 8 queues. The issue is that when the agent clicks on the "Q" icon in the softphone they are made available in some queues but not all the queues.

    As far as I am aware when you activate the "Q" icon you should be made available in all queues. The issue this causing is that agents think they are in a queue when they are not and we are dropping service level in queues because of this.

    Any help or explanation of this behavior will be greatly appreciated.
