    Hello,

Our office have flex-workers desk, all desks have a Cisco SPA hard phone configured to connect with our 3CX server.
Every users has his own extension, only the desk they are working on changes every day.

Is it possible to login a on a users extension for example through a dial code? Without configuring all the phones for an extension.

    Thanks in advantage

    Hello,

No this is not possible with the range of phones you have. Yealink T26P&T28P off a feature called 'Hot Desking' which does just that, you program a DSS Key for hot desking and then users are able to log in and out of there extensions when they are working. This is not a feature through 3CX Though but the phone.

    Thanks,

    Nate

the Yealinks as mentioned do this. only problem with it that i see is that inorder to make the passwords "rememberable" to the hot desking user, you have to dumb them down. so if you dont check the disable wan connections on the station form. it could open you up to hacking.
