Long call 2h23m is shown active but it's not...

    Hi
    I saw on the Switchboard a call with an abnormal duration, over 2 hours (see attached).
    The caller (ext 123) hung up when the voice mail of ext 141 kicked in. The call is disconnected but it's shown as active one and still counting...

    The 'BYE' command is missing..

    A few minutes later this extension made another call to different extension, this time the BYE command was there:

    I have seen this happen 3 times with the same extension (twice with the VM of the same extension and once calling external number).

    Any idea what could cause this?
