Long wait for outgoing dials

    We are seeing a long wait when we are dialing to external numbers.

    I have checked all of the basic things and we are using IP's to connect to our SIP provider, if any one has any ideas please let me know.

    If you check the 3cx logs, they will show you where the delay is occurring. Is it in the set itself? Sets and ATA's can introduce a 4,5 second or longer delay before sending the digits to the PBX. See a posting from yesterday.
