As a hoster, I appreciate calls timing out after 2 hours and automatically hanging up. However, I'm getting feedback from my customers as well as my own experiences, that for long-winded conference calls and tech support calls, 2 hours is too little. I'm thinking of a separately configurable Timeout setting for outbound calls to toll free numbers phone numbers like 800, 844, 855, 866, 877 & 888. Since I don't pay for those calls, I'm fine with them lasting up to 6 hours. This will also eliminate having to explain and educate users about why their phone calls hangs up after 2 hours which will reduce their aggravation (and worse, my 3CX customers developing the impression that 3CX is unreliable).
