    Hi guys out there,

I am looking for someone who can give me some support on an issue of OAD and RTP Ports. Willing to pay for it as well.

    Here is the issue:

Using a xlite softclient and the latest 3CX pbx, we try to generate a call to a Teles Voipbox BRI Gateway.
Calls can be made, but we are missing the OAD info (Caller ID) so the calls can be shown with the right caller ID.

Here is a trace from the Teles Voipgateway:
    52:23.04] y[02]: siprcv invite from, peer 89.13.129.xxx:61073, oad <(null)> dad <069450002502>
    [52:23.04] y[02]: via, 1 0 -1
    [52:23.06] y[02]: get_voipcfg rc 0 <3CX> compr <EOAG>
    [52:23.06] y[02]: rtpinfo addr compr G711a
    [52:23.06] y[02]: siprcv invite oad 0/0/<> oad2 0/<(null)> dad 0/<069450002502>
    [52:23.06] i[02]: pstnsnd setup dad 00 069450002502 oad 00 00 sin 101 cr c s 4
    [52:23.06] x[02]: sip_send(udp) 533 89.13.129.xxx:61073 (proxy rc 533

Secondly, we can see that 3CX is asking for 29000 port to do the RTP streaming.
Our gateway is also set for 29000 or variable ports, but audio never comes in any direction:

    [52:29.03] x[02]: m=audio 29000 RTP/AVP 8 101
    [52:29.06] x[02]: a=sendrecv
    [52:29.06] x[02]: a=ptime:20
    [52:29.06] x[02]: a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
    [52:29.06] x[02]: a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000
    [52:29.06] x[02]: a=fmtp:101 0-15

    Anyone who can help?

    Hello Andrew,
A number of questions to help move this forward:-

    1. Is the gateway and 3CX on the same IP subnet, external IP, or routed via on internal IP network on a different subnet? The topology needs to be understood
    2. The issue with caller ID - is the issue re-writing the caller ID on an outbound call, so that it shows the correct DDI (or MSN)?

    3. I know that 3CX do not support this gateway. I have found some information. Do you know whether the manufacturer supports it on 3CX?

    Kind regards
    Richard Crabb
