Lost Connection - Zombie 3CX Client

    Whenever the netowrk connection is lost and restored, 3CX Client still is able to make and receive calls, but presence information does not update, recent calls list is empty. Changing the own status seems to work but is not submitted to the server. People have diffent status than they think to have.

    any suggestions?

    Dear narkumas,

    Could you please exit from your client and then re-login and let us know. Also please let us know what version are you using on 3CX client.

    Yeah, restarting client will fix the problem...until it happens again.
    I am using the most recent client.
