    Hi,
    it would be nice if Phonebook Information would be added to Lost Queue Call Mails ...
    Right now - only the Phone Number is shown within the Mail - even if the Phone Number is listed within 3CX Phonebook ...

    Desired Behaviour:

    Lost Call in Queue My Queue Name 9201 (9201) from Caller ID 0049123456789 (Callers Name in Phonebook)

    +1. Bump. We already have this in "New missed call" template, so... Come on 3CX, do it :)

    My customer wants at least the full name and number sent. Or even the Phone Book info would work.
