Low call record volume

    Hi everyone,

    I have been testing a new implementation of a 3CX server (v11) that implements call diversions and then records these calls. The call record volume on some of the calls is very low (usually from one side of the conversation only while the other is fine). However, it is clear from the recording fo the call that the other party could hear the call when the call was live.

    What can I do - where do I start? Is this an issue with certain codecs?

    I allow - not sure which ones are being used when:
    F811 U/A Law
