Lunch Status

    When there is an incoming call outside Office Hours the Voice mail answers the call.
    If the user sets his phone to Lunch Status outside working hours the Lunch Status settings apply.
    If the user sets his phone outside Office Hours again to Available and receives a call the voice mail does not answer the call.
    The available status seems to override the Global Office Hours.

    Is this how it should be?

    Hello there,

    When a user manually sets his status, that is the status it will apply when a phone call comes in even if global office hours apply.
    You can avoid that by having a digital receptionist take the calls outside of office hours so that the incoming don't reach individual extensions.
