major issues after win7 upgrade

    All users who are running win7(x64)SP1 with 3CX softphone are having issues with call transfers .. when someone transfers to them it shows as receiving a call for a split second and then just goes directly to their voicemail .. the server logs show "486 Busy Here" .. the problem has been occurring randomly throughout the day .. any suggestions?

    is the PBX DND state set?
    check the logs to see if the ext is in dnd mode...

    I don't believe I saw that in the logs when it happened .. it showed the the phone was busy. I haven't had a chance to test again since we couldn't afford the downtime and gave them all desk phones. This issue only happened with users who were on Windows 7 .. the ones who are on XP don't have any issues .. I tried both version 5 and 6 of the 3CX softphone, but we had the same issue.
