Make call History

    We have a Gigaset N720 DECT System and we control the handesets with the 3cx Phone in CTI mode. When starting a call in the software a "Make Call" is placed to the phone when this is answered the PBX tries to connect to the number that was dialled. When the called party answers the call is connected to the phone and one can talk.
    However if the call isn't answered then the attempted call never appears in the call history. Why is this? can I change it?

    Hello @Melvin_XIII

    Are you referring to the callers side or to the callee side? Are you calling an external number or another extension?
