Hello, We use Handsets from Yealink and Gigaset. For this reason when we dial a Number in 3CX for Windows in the CTI client the MakeCall feature is used. When one accepts the MakeCall on the Han held Telephone, 3CX tries to connect to the dialled number. If noone answers the call attempt doesn't show up anywhere. Not in the 3CX for Windows Call History, not on the Handheld Phone, not even in the Call log in the 3CX Web Interface. This cannot be. There has to be some sort of record of the call. I would expect to see the call attempt in the 3CX for windows call history and it should definitely be in the Call Log in the Web interface. I would like to see his be added to 3CX.
