Configuration for Patton 4552

I am trying too for that configuration but with no success. Can someone help on this?

Many Thanks

I would also like to ask if there is a a way for us as administrators to setup templates for new devices. I am sure there are several of us here on this board that would be willing to write some templates for new devices.
