makeCall API [to] not being called

    Hi Guys,

    I'm using the API function makeCall v14 on the server to start a call for an extension and destination number, yesterday this was working perfectly, but today the softphone and/or handset ring as normal, but upon answering / picking the receiver up it doesn't call the destination number.

    I can confirm the parameters are being received from a wireshark trace, however in the CDR logs I note there is no destination number.

    Here's an example of a successful call which includes the mobile destination number:

    Call 531,00000BEE133321F2_101,0.00:00:11,2016/08/31 21:24:00,2016/08/31 21:24:01,2016/08/31 21:24:13,TerminatedByDst,Ext.MakeCall,Ext.1004,MakeCall,1004,1004,ReplacedSrc,07940351234,07940351234,,1,0.12,default,Chain: Ext.MakeCall;Ext.1004;07940351234;,Ivr,Extension,LineSet,MakeCall,Lee Mulholland,07940351234

    Now, today it’s not working, here’s an example log

    Note, it's missing the mobile destination number, all tests so far have shown it's receiving the number ok so I'm not too sure what to try next...

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Lee,

    I would check the server activity log to understand why 3CX is not making the call. That should provide you some hint.
