MakeCall hanging up after a few seconds

    Hello,
    We have 3CX 15 which is all up to date. When I use the Windows client, which is in "Deskphone(CTI)" mode, to make a call on my Cisco SPA514G deskphone the SPA514G starts to dial and makes all the right noises but within a couple of seconds it just ends the call!
    I had this issue some time ago and fixed it, but damned if I can remember how?!
    Any ideas?
