    Has anyone been able to get 3CX to bring up a customer record within Mamut

    need a solution whereby customer rings and then it brings up that customer details witnin Mamut.

    Hi,

    Im unsure what mammoth is, but i inmagine it is a client database of some sort, the 3cx assistant allows you to send the number to a particular appilcation, maybe this is the way you may wish to go.
