Management console info no longer displaying

    My management console is not displaying other phones in my group. I can see them on my phone, but not the console. Also cannot connect to any of the phones in the network, and no calls can be made or received by other phones in the network.

    Hi Tracy,

    Please could you give us more details about your installation? Is it a local installation or remote? Also, what OS version of the 3CX Phone system are you on? Do you have access to the machine (not management console)?
