Management Console won't load

    Help, I can't get NGinx to load the management portal.

    Checking for open ports using:
    netstat -a |more

    I don't see it listening on 5000 or 5001.

    I tried every option I could think of in the post-installation configuration tool to try and get things to load, no success.

    I tried checking error.log here:
    C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx\logs

    As well as any other log I could find, nothing (including system/application event log).

    Why did they have to change the installation process and web engine?!?

    Downgrading back to v14 so I can have a running PBX.

    If I may ask next time please do the following,
    Start CMD cd location C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx
    Type nginx_svc.exe -h

    If you see help commands, then type nginx_svc.exe start

    Tell us what you see.

    Ok, got mine working. Here are the things I changed:
    1. In the backup.zip I entered the new v15 key (within the xml config file) and re-packed the zip. Why didn't the configuration tool stop the process and give me a chance to fix the problem instead of uninstall/reinstall.
    2. My certificate key file was encrypted so I converted it to a decrypted key. Not sure why the configuration utility didn't catch this.

    With both of these changes things are working great now. Loving the new interface.
